I'm looking for a recipe for Witches Kitchen for turkey stuffed with bananas.

I don't know about banana stuffing, but it looks like that's already been done for you. However, there are lots of tomatoes at the moment, and we have had turkey done very nicely on the basis of an old lamb shanks recipe passed down by Betty. It's just onion, cumin, and lots of tomatoes and peppercorns, and a bit of basil and tomato paste. Enough to cover the jointed turkey pieces. Bring to a low boil and either simmer gently for at least four hours or better still put it in the hot box (or slow cooker)all day. Serve on a bed of cous cous and garnish with coriander (or substitute a more seasonal herb this time of year). Enjoy.
